My name is Tanya Boyd, and I solve your insurance needs.

With over 20 years of experience in life and health, property and casualty,  my passion is educating consumers on all of their options, starting with plans that will save them the most money, yet not compromise on benefits. By holding a Chartered Benefit Consultant designation, I’m fully qualified to design the absolute best plan to fit the need. This takes education, patience, and loving what I do. I LOVE to save people money and give them all the tools they need to do so.

The details…

I spent 17 years working for other agencies, and availed myself to learning more at every opportunity. I’m so grateful for that experience. Then in  2006 I started Tanya Boyd and Associates, an independent agency, and I currently hold an active license for all lines of coverage. No matter what you need, you’re covered here!

My little company has doubled in size every year since the day I opened the door, and it’s all because of word of mouth – 100% referrals. And our retention rate is 98%. And so our little company isn’t so little anymore. Chances are you’ll love our commitment to serving you, answering your questions, and making your insurance work for you.


Insurance can be complex, so education is a top priority with me, and I constantly reinvest my time in the industry. I specialize in creating custom plan designs through education, consultation and awareness of my customers’ needs.

  • I hold an Advanced Chartered Benefit Consultant designation as well as Small Group Specialists title.
  • I’m also  a proud member of National Association of Health Underwriters as well as National Association of Alternative Benefit Consultants.

041 fbcopyLauren Chambers is a licensed insurance professional who joined Tanya Boyd & Associates in 2008. She has been exposed as a third generation to the industry which made it a natural choice of direction for her professional career. Lauren currently holds a Small Group Specialist certification, and has completed multiple training courses for the individual market and healthcare reform.

Lauren has a passion for this business and takes a consultative approach, placing the needs and concerns of clients above all else, leaving the sales side out of it. She is embracing industry changes and constantly sharing strategic ideas and goals.  Lauren is in the midst of raising two precious girls who bring her constant joy and a fresh appreciation for life.  Currently residing in Rockwall, TX, she enjoys learning new things that include incorporating a healthy lifestyle, enjoying nature, watching sports, and finding true fulfillment by helping others.

Kelly comes from a can do work ethic. She has worked in all aspects of business for over 20 years.

Kelly was born in Naples, Italy the first daughter of soon to be Naval Officer Dennis Martine and Nurse Anna Martine. As Kelly grew up all over the world she appreciated the view that there were a lot of people out there that needed help. How best to do this was the question.

After graduating High School in Hawaii and moving to El Paso, TX to go to UTEP, Kelly ran a company with her family, National TV & Appliance. This was a start for her to get into business. She supported the business from all aspects of Business Development, Human Resources, Business Insurance, Health Insurance, Accounting, Security, Office Administration, and Facilities Maintenance.

Upon graduation with a Bachelor’s of Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting, she married her husband Kyle Morgan, Head Athletic Trainer for Texas Wesleyan University in Fort Worth.

She landed her last job with Technical Diagnostic Services. Here she was able to do all functions of the business. Business Development, Human Resources, Accounting (AP, AR, Collections, Invoicing, Payroll, Financial Reporting, Auditing), Office Administration, but most of all she was able to help the folks that worked for her in all of those capacities. During her time at TDS her son, Aden, was born.

It was thru TDS, that Kelly meet Tanya Boyd. Tanya came in and helped Kelly understand and be able to explain the intricate details of the insurance packages we had for TDS. While working with Tanya in this capacity, Kelly realized that if there was ever the opportunity for her to work with Tanya that she would leap at the chance, so here we are.

Kelly’s strengths include: Business Development, Human Resources, Office Administration (Business Insurance, Accounting, etc.), and Facilities Management.
